Our Story
KMP FLP, Inc was founded in 2001. The company continues to grow by acquiring high-quality buildings in desirable locations. We provide our tenants with a desirable place to live and work! We meet our tenant’s needs by providing them with accommodations that exceed their standards. Our properties are continuously updated and maintained to increase their value.
Our residential tenants include families, professionals, and students from local universities. We are home to medical students doing their rotations, as well as professionals transferring within their company. We have a diverse group of tenants and, we strive to make each one’s experience with us feel as comfortable as possible. Our professional office suites are made to suit a company’s individual business needs.
Our Vision
Our vision is simple…We work every day to help people live better lives, utilizing our properties for personal or business use. We achieve our vision by helping people in our community have a nice place to live that they can call “home”, or by providing work for people to make a living to support themselves and their families. We personally enjoy getting to know our tenants as individuals. In doing so, we assure that their needs are met and, we are always a phone call or text message away if help is needed!
We take great pride in our commitment to maintain our properties, provide service to our tenants and their families, as well as the environment. Every material used to maintain our properties must be as environmentally friendly as possible!

Our business partners support us as contractors, suppliers of materials, bankers, legal and marketing professionals, local universities, information specialists, the many neighbors where our properties are located, and the government officials located where our properties are located. These groups of support professionals help us to control our cost of doing business, run efficiently, save time, keep monthly rents low and continue to grow to stay in business. Our tenants see this great partner support indirectly, by receiving the smallest rent increases annually.
