3 Ways to Visit Our Rentals

1) Review the complete description of the rental you are considering

Do this by reading the published ad, visiting our website page specific to its location.

2) Virtual Tours of our Rentals are available

We will do this by having each available rental digitally captured in either a video or picture format. These images will be put into a presentation that can be viewed on this site, by computer or smart device, outside of the available rental. A QR Code will be placed on all “For Rent” signs on buildings where the rental space is located and within all of our ads.

This will allow rental seekers to visit the neighborhood where the rental is located, and then scan the QR Code on the sign to be forwarded to the Virtual Tour of the rental within. This will save time for all involved in setting up actual appointments to show a rental, gas for at least two vehicles, to name a few examples.

3) Live Rental Showings – Without the travel

KMP is one of the very few rental property businesses to offer live rental showings. We offer this service through FaceTime, Skype, or we can send video clips attached in text or email messages. This service helps people from out of the area to view our rentals, so they need not drive a long distance. This can save on travel expenses, and save the environment a little!


3 Steps to Become A Tenant

1) A $35 non-refundable background check fee is needed to complete a background check

Every potential tenant of 17 years of age and over, is required to take part in this step. Our legal staff will review each applicant’s credit, rental, criminal, and employment history. Your current employer and current or last landlord will be contacted.

2) Security Deposits will be required

Typically, a standard security deposit will be required. This deposit must match the normal monthly payment a tenant will make to KMP. If applicable, a “Pet Security Deposit” may be needed. If approved, we will be in contact with you to finalize your lease agreement.

3) A Rental Application is required to apply for a residential apartment, duplex, or triplex

Please fill out the secure application below, and a KMP representative will be in contact with you. To complete the rental process, appropriate background check fees and security deposit(s) must be submitted.

***Please note that by sending this application, the applicant is authorizing the verification of the information that is provided on the form above about the applicant’s credit, personal references, criminal and employment history. The applicant agrees to terminate any agreement if the information provided on the registration form is false. (A non-refundable fee of $70.00 will be charged to the applicant to process this application. A $375.00 charge for lease preparation will be charged if the applicant decides not to complete the lease process).***

We Love Our Pets!

We are proud to do all we can to accommodate your pet! Our pet approval process requires the disclosure of all veterinary records and a copy of your pets’ registration. The size, type, and temperament of your pet, as well as all prior history, go into the decision process, among other considerations as well as other considerations to approve your pet.

We will require a pet security deposit

Which is fully refundable upon the termination of your lease if no pet damage has been done to the property. By allowing pets, we hope you think of your rental as your home!
